Fraudulent activity, collusion, use of automated betting software, money laundering, and any form of cheating are strictly prohibited on fixbet and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to authorities.

By accessing the fixbet Platform, creating an Account, or placing any Bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the fixbet Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform from time to time.

Where material changes are made, fixbet will notify registered Users via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following such notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

fixbet reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in suspension or permanent closure of your Account and forfeiture of any Bonus balances held therein.
To access the full features of the fixbet Platform, you must create an Account by completing the registration process and providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested. You agree to update your Account information promptly if any details change.
Each individual may hold only one registered Account on fixbet. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. fixbet employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate Accounts. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, fixbet reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, void any pending Bets, and forfeit any Bonus balances without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fixbet login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. fixbet will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify fixbet immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.
fixbet may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's licence, SSS/GSIS ID, PRC ID, or Voter's ID). fixbet reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.
fixbet accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name. fixbet does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. fixbet aims to process GCash withdrawals within approximately 8 minutes of approval, subject to verification requirements. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. fixbet reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.
All transactions on the fixbet Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). fixbet does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs are the sole responsibility of the User.
fixbet provides deposit limit tools that allow you to set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you deposit. fixbet strongly encourages all Users to make use of these tools. Requests to increase deposit limits are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
All Bets placed on the fixbet Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type, as published on the Platform. The following general rules apply to all Bets:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the fixbet Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the fixbet Platform without the prior written consent of fixbet.
fixbet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering on the fixbet Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
fixbet implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data, including SSL encryption across all Platform transactions. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and fixbet cannot guarantee absolute data security.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fixbet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
fixbet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your fixbet Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
fixbet does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. fixbet shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to service beyond its reasonable control.
fixbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if fixbet reasonably believes that you have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting fixbet support. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your Wallet (excluding Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
